What this is
Handoff means the next person can open the tool, do the day-to-day job, and find help without the builder sitting next to them. That is the standard: enough control to work, enough clarity to choose.
When a build is finished, the next person still needs a clear way to use it. Each guide gives plain steps, a PDF, official help links, and a beginner video.
