Serve IT clinic work for nonprofit partners, Jan 2024 to present, under the Laurie Burns McRobbie Serve IT Clinic. Students build or audit. Staff keep the site after we leave. Every project is a test of whether the next person can run what we made and still make decisions of their own.

Handoff guides
Short steps for everyday tools live on Handoffs (email, Apple Notes, Google Drive, Google Reviews, Meta, Canva, LinkedIn, Google Calendar, Yelp, YouTube, TikTok). Not every client got every guide. Site builders, CapCut, POS, and DoorDash live on matchaxmoxie handoffs.

- Logged detailed technical bugs and structural recommendations to patch public-facing digital properties.

Middle Way House
Per their public site, Middle Way House empowers survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking through support, education, and prevention (middlewayhouse.org). The website can be a quiet first door. After we leave, staff still have to keep it. About 84 volunteer hours.
- Migrated and structured content delivery layouts to streamline critical user journeys for individuals seeking crisis services.
- Implemented clean, maintainable backend schemas and simple system protocols so non-technical staff can manage resources independently.

Indiana Phenology
Volunteer-run 501(c)(3) founded in 2019. Educators, residents, and 50+ citizen scientists use the site around seasonal change.
- Led system enhancements and layout architecture updates for a public, data-driven citizen-science platform.
- Structured data presentation layers to support distinct workflows for both general public visitors and scientific research queries.

Their public site presents the Chamber as supporting local businesses in Bloomington, Indiana (chamberbloomington.org).
- Re-engineered website architecture and data navigation paths to maximise accessibility and discoverability for member businesses.
- Translated complex business requirements into clear, logical interface components and clean folder structures.

Town of Nashville Website Project
The town site says it provides information to residents and visitors about boards, commissions, water and sewer utilities, and town ordinances and resolutions (townofnashville.org). Recommendations only. We don't edit the live site.
- Audited core system layout and interface workflows against WCAG 2.1 compliance standards for municipal digital services.
- Evaluated keyboard navigation logic and screen-reader data interpretation to guarantee equitable public access.
- Delivered prioritised, technical remediation logs and structural documentation for local government engineering stakeholders.
