Canva handoff
Make a simple post or flyer, then download or share it. The point is a repeatable starting point that leaves the final choice with the person making the post.
Who it is for
Someone who needs to open Canva, pick a template, change the words and pictures, then download or share the file.
Handoff means you can finish a simple design without the builder sitting there. Do not write the password on this page.
Steps
- Open canva.com and sign in with the account that owns the designs.
- Click Create a design. Search for Instagram post or Flyer, then open a size that fits what you need.
- Pick a template from the side, or start from the blank page. Click text to edit words. Click a picture to replace it.
- When it looks right, click Share (top right), then Download. PNG is fine for posts. PDF is fine for a printable flyer.
- If you need to send the design to someone, use Share and invite them, or download the file and send the download.
Menus move a little. Stay in the same places: Create a design, Templates, text and images on the page, then Share / Download.
